Refund policy
We've got you covered! If you're not thrilled with your Cape Doctor purchase, no worries - you have 30 days to exchange it, as long as the garment is unworn and still sporting all its swing tags.
For online store purchases, just send the product to our head office (Attn: 151 Campground Road, Newlands, Cape Town) using your chosen courier or delivery method. Don't forget to include your name in the return parcel. Once we give the exchange items a once-over, we'll be all set to hook you up with a new product or store credit. Keep in mind that we can't conjure refunds for items out of stock.
Items snagged at a discount, on sale, or with a promo code are in it for the long haul - they're final sale, and they won't be making a return trip.
Just so you know, The Cape Doctor Co doesn't shoulder the shipping costs for your return or exchange items.
In the unlikely event that your product decides to misbehave and turns out to be faulty, no worries either! We're happy to offer a full refund. Once it reaches our head office, we'll inspect the goods and decide if a refund or repair is in order. We'll keep you in the loop throughout the process.
